Our services rely on AI and automation technologies, including Hermes agent and third-party platforms (for example, cloud automation tools such as Zapier and Make.com, and underlying AI model providers).

  • Data you provide for use with our services may be processed by these tools to deliver automation results.
  • We aim to work with providers that maintain appropriate security and data-protection practices, and we limit what we share to what is necessary.
  • Where our services involve automated processing, a human remains responsible for reviewing outputs used in your business decisions. We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you solely through automated means without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
